Kruger and Adewumi Named #PioneerPinpoint Athletes of the Week

Junior softball player Stormi Kruger (Medina) and junior track & field athlete John Adewumi (Brooklyn/Bordertown) have been named the Alfred State #PioneerPinpoint athletes of the week.

Kruger was 2 for 3 with 3 RBI in the Lady Pioneers only game of the week. She also drew three walks and made all the plays at shortstop. On the season she is hitting .370 with 9 RBI in twelve games

At the Alfred State Invitational, Adewumi won the 100 (11.61) and was 2nd in the triple jump (11.66 m). He was also on the winning 4x100 relay team that crossed the finish line in 45.63.
