43 Athletes Earn ECAC Academic Honors
43 Alfred State student-athletes have been honored by the ECAC for their academic success during the Fall 2017 semester. 23 of these students wre named to the ECAC President's Honor Roll and 20 were named to the ECAC Academic Honor Roll.

The Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes who achieved a 3.2-3.59 GPA on a 4.0 scale, and have completed one full academic year at their current institution. The second tier, the President's Honor Roll, recognizes student-athletes who have a GPA of 3.6 or better and have completed a full academic year at their institution. A total of 1,857 student-athletes from across the ECAC membership made the list.
"Recognizing our student-athletes is at the core of our mission at the ECAC," said ECAC President and CEO Dan Coonan. "This program is a great way for us to celebrate the academic efforts of ECAC student-athletes, and we look forward to shining a spotlight on their accomplishments in the classroom."
