Ronnie Clark was named ECFC Offensive Player of the Week

Clark Rushes to ECFC Honor

Ronnie Clark (Philadelphia/Indian River) has been named the Offensive Player of the Week by the ECFC. This is the second straight week that a Pioneer has taken this honor and Clark is the fifth Pioneer honored this year by the ECFC.

Clark had a big day as he carried the ball 31 times for 197 yards on Saturday as Alfred State battled Anna Maria. He averaged 6.4 yards per carry and had a long of 33 yards. The sophomore running back rushed for a touchdown from 13-yards out in the 1st quarter to give the Pioneers the early lead.

Tyshawn Anderson (Anna Maria) was named the Defensive Player of the Week, Desmond Dias (Dean) was named Rookie of the Week, and Chris Rice (Castleton) was named Special Teams Player of the Week. 

Clark and the Pioneers head to Washington DC this weekend to take on Gallaudet.
