Balys, Hoffman, and Senyah honored by the ACAA

Trio of Pioneers Named All-ACAA

Chris Balys (Holley), Justus Hoffmann (Hamburg), and Albert Senyah (Long Island/Central Islip) have been named to the All-ACAA men's soccer team. The trio were are 1st team selections.

Balys, a sophomore, led the defensive efforts for the blue & gold. He appeared in all 17 games and scored a pair of goals, including a game-winner.

Hoffmann, a junior midfielder, was one of the top offensive threats for the Pioneers this season. He finished the season with eight goals and two assists. His eight goals and 18 points were both 2nd on the team. Two of his goals were game-winners, he recorded a hat trick vs. Valley Forge, and netted two goals vs. Pitt-Bradford.

Senyah wrapped up his collegiate career with his most prolific offensive season. He appeared in all 17 games and led the team with nine goals, seven assists, and 25 points. He scored a pair of goals vs. Delhi early in the season and had a monster four goal, two assist effort in the victory over Hilbert. He ends his career with 12 goals and 12 assists.

The Pioneers finished the season on a high note as they went 4-3-1 in October and finished their campaign with a 5-10-2 overall record.
