Pioneers Compete at Last Chance Meet at Utica

The Pioneers competed at the last chance meet at Utica University on Sunday.

Esaias Brumfield competed in the 100m finals and placed 5th with a time of 11.31 seconds. Brumfield ran a 11.22 in the prelims and finished in 7th. 

The Pioneers won the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:29.58. Derek Walter was the lead leg, and Brian Clark, Jacob Rightmyer and Shawn Rosa finished the race.

The Alfred State Men's Track and Field AARTFC qualifiers head to Susquehanna on Wednesday to compete at the All-Atlantic Regionals.
