Kremer Honored by the USCAA

Alfred State senior wrestler Konnor Kremer (Horseheads) has been named the USCAA Wrestler of the Week. Kremer was 4-0 this past week and is now 12-5 on the year.

Kremer earned a 15-0 victory vs. Joe Knarr in the Pioneers 42-3 dual meet vs. Penn State DuBois. He then won the title of the 174 lb. weight class with a 3-0 day at the Brockport Open. He defeated Teddy Fleming (Brockport) 4-2 in the quarterfinals, downed James Schreck (Brockport) 1-0 in the semifinals and then defeated Andrew Garcia (Cornell Unattached) 7-2 in the title bout.

Kremer is the second Pioneer wrestler (George Van Valen) that has earned honors from the USCAA.
