DeWall Named ECWC Rookie of the Week

Jacob DeWall (Waterloo) has been named the ECWC Rookie the week after a pair of victories last week.

DeWall pinned Cam Smith in 59 seconds to seal the team's victory over Keystone and then capped the day with a pin of Diego Orellana in 4:13 in the win over Ulster CC. DeWall is now 4-2 overall on the season.

Dempsey King (RIT) was named the ECWC Wrestler of the week after winning the 165 lb. weight class at the Roger Williams Invitational.

The Pioneers head to Oswego this Sunday to compete in the annual NYS Championships.
