Melissa Mineti (Livonia) scored in the 73rd minute after getting a pass from Jessica Williams (Belfast). Maggie Meyer (Red Creek) scored with 12 seconds remaining in the game to cut the lead to 3-2 but the Pioneers ran out of time to get the equalizer.

Delhi held a 13-12 shot advantage. Rachael Scoones made five saves in net for the Broncos to earn the win while Kathryn Parsons (York) played a scoreless 2nd half in net for the Pioneers.

The Pioneers head to Medaille on Thursday evening to complete their two game road trip.
