Maggie Meyer (Red Creek) gave Alfred State an early lead but Pitt Bradford scored five unanswered as they rallied for a 5-1 on Wednesday in a AMCC contest.

Meyer scored just inside the left post after getting a long pass from Annaliese Ziemann (Lancaster) just 12:49 into the game. The Panthers tied it up just under three minutes later and the teams went into halftime tied at 1-1.

The Panthers scored twice in the first 3:54 of the 2nd half and then added insurance goals in the 70th and 89th minute.

The Pioneers are back in action on Friday when they travel to the University of Rochester for a 7 p.m. start.
