American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA). Bryanna Godfrey (Tioga) and Madison Szpaicher (Ellicottville) were 1st team selections while Janae Hamilton (Ellicottville) was named honorable mention.

Alfred State senior middle hitter Janae Hamilton (Ellicottville) and junior outside hitter Bryanna Godfrey (Tioga) have been named 2nd team North All-Stars.
Postseason Honors Roll in for Volleyball

Members of the Alfred State volleyball team have recently received numerous postseason honors. Three members of the team were named USCAA All-American, six were named All-Independent by the Association of Division III Independents, and two earned USCAA All-Academic honors.
Volleyball Season Ends in USCAA Quarters

The Alfred State volleyball team's season came to an end in the 2016 USCAA National Championship quarterfinals. The Pioneers fell 25-20, 27-25, 25-23 to St. Mary's of the Woods in quarters.

The Alfred State volleyball team split a pair of matches in pool play on day one of the 2016 USCAA National Championships in Virginia Beach, VA. The Lady Pioneers, making their 3rd straight trip to Nationals, are now 25-6 on the year.
Lady Pioneers Split at ACAA Championships

The Alfred State volleyball team split a pair of games at the ACAA Championships in Chicago, IL on Saturday. The Lady Pioneers raced to a 3-0 sweep of Finlandia (MI) but saw Illinois Tech rally to earn a 3-2 victory.
Lady Spikers Return to Nationals as #3 Seed

The Alfred State volleyball team will return to the USCAA National Championships for the third straight year. The 23-4 Lady Pioneers will head to Virginia Beach, VA with the #3 seed.
Lady Pioneers Win Regular Season Finale

On a night that the Alfred State volleyball team celebrated their quartet of seniors, the Lady Pioneers capped a perfect home season with a 25-12, 22-25, 25-9, 25-10 victory over Cazenovia. The blue & gold improve to 23-4 on the year.
Lady Spikers Roll to Sweep of Houghton

The Alfred State volleyball team rolled to a sweep of Houghton, 25-16, 25-20, 25-15 on Wednesday evening. The Lady Pioneers improve to 22-4 on the year with the victory over their cross county rival.

The most recent USCAA poll has the Alfred State volleyball team ranked at #3. Pioneers broke the deadlock with Maine Fort Kent for sole possession of third place.

Lady Pioneers Win 7th Straight

The Alfred State volleyball team traded their traditional blue and gold jerseys in for pink versions on Wednesday as they defeated Penn College 26-24, 25-23, 25-14. The Lady Spikers have now won seven straight and are 19-2 on the year.
