Tumolo Named Academic All-ACAA
Alfred State senior setter Samantha Tumolo (Manorville/Eastport South Manor) has been selected to the 2017 Academic All-American Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA) volleyball team by a vote of the league's sports information directors. The group of six players honored had an average GPA of 3.84.
Tumolo has a 3.87 GPA in nursing.
Mya Van Duyne (Newark), Shannon Dwyer (Cutchogue/Mattituck), Morgan Hungerford (Lyndonville) were all named to the honor roll.
