Webster Honored by the ACAA
Alfred State senior Madison Webster (Corning) has been named the American Collegiate Athletic Association defensive player of the week.
Webster accumulated 16 digs and six kills in a sweep of Valley Forge and then had eight kills and 11 digs in a sweep of Rosemont. For the week she averaged 4.5 digs per game.
Emily Mohs of Thomas More was named the offensive player of the week.
Webster and the Pioneers head to Houghton on Saturday for a tri-match with contests vs. LaRoche and Houghton.
