Johnson, Rusek, and Hanss Run to All-American Honors

Keith Johnson (Webster Thomas), Jordan Rusek (Williamsville East), and Jacob Hanss (East Rochester) ran to All-American honors at the 2014 USCAA National Championships. Johnson and Rusek ran to 1st team honors while Hanss ran to 2nd team honors.
Eight Named USCAA All-Academic

Rusek Named #PioneerPinpoint Athlete of the Week

Alfred State junior cross country runner Jordan Rusek (Williamsville East) has been named the #PioneerPinpoint Athlete of the Week. Rusek finished 7th at the 2014 USCAA Championships on Friday.
Lady Pioneers Finish 10th at USCAA Championships

The Alfred State women's cross country team finished 10th out of 18 teams that scored at the 2014 USCAA National Championships in Syracuse, NY. The Lady Pioneers scored a 297 on the day.
Pioneers Run to 3rd Place Finish at USCAA Nationals

The Alfred State men's cross country team raced to a 3rd place finish at the 2014 USCAA Championships held at Drumlins Country Club in Syracuse, NY. The Pioneers scored 88 points and trailed only SUNY ESF (39) and Dine (AZ) College (58).
Cross Country Ready for USCAA Nationals

The Alfred State cross country teams will be competing in the United State Collegiate Athletic Association’s National Championship race on Friday at SUNY ESF (Syracuse, NY). The women race at 11 a.m. and the men start at Noon.

Keith Johnson (Webster Thomas) has been named the ECAC Upstate Co-Rookie of the Week for the second time this season. Johnson had been earlier named the #PioneerPinpoint athlete of the week.

Alfred State freshmen Keith Johnson (Webster Thomas) has been named the #PioneerPinpoint athlete of the week. Johnson was the top finisher as the Pioneers finished 4th at the NYSCTC Championships at St. John Fisher on Saturday.

The Alfred State men's cross country team ran to a 4th place finish at the NYSCTC Championships held at St. John Fisher on Saturday. The Pioneers were led by Keith Johnson (Webster Thomas) who was named the men's rookie of the year.

Alfred State freshmen cross country runner Lindsey Thiel (Liverpool) has been named the #PioneerPinpoint Athlete of the Week. Thiel has been the top finisher in every race this year for the Lady Pioneers.
Strong Performance at DeSales for Cross Country

The Alfred State cross country team had a strong performance at the DeSales Invitational on Saturday. The men's team finished 3rd out of 16 teams while the women finished 9th out of 18 teams.
Pioneer Men Win Highlander Invite, Women 3rd

The Alfred State men's cross country team won the Houghton College Highlander Invitational by 41 points as five Pioneers finished in the top seven. The women's team finished 3rd with 87 points.

Keith Johnson (Webster Thomas) has been named one the ECAC Division III Upstate cross country co-rookies of the week. Johnson had previously been honored as the #PioneerPinpoint and the USCAA athlete of the week.
