Dailey Earns ACAA Honors

Freshmen Veronica Dailey (Addison) has been named the American Collegiate Athletic Association Cross Country female athlete of the week. This is the second straight week a Pioneer has won the weekly honor.

Dailey was the top Pioneer finisher at the Alfred University Jericho Hill Showdown. She crossed the finish line of the 4k course in 8th place with a time of 16:01.10. Her finish helped the team to an overall 3rd place finish. 

Kobie Lane of SUNY Delhi was the ACAA male athlete of the week.

Alfred State is back in action on Sept. 22nd at Roberts Wesleyan.
