Bio

Ann Ball, an avid local runner, joined the Alfred State Cross Country staff in 2013 as the program's assistant coach.

Ball who actively competes in local road races, triathlons, and obstacle races holds an associate degree in liberal arts from Alfred State, a bachelor degree in physical education from Houghton and a master degree from Walden University in special education.  During her time at Alfred, Ball was a member of the Lady Pioneer soccer team.

Ball has been the head track and field coach at Scio Central schools the past eight years and has five years of experience coaching soccer at Scio.

She currently is a physical education teacher at Alfred Almond.
