Student-Athlete Name, Image, Likeness

As of July 1, 2021 the NCAA has put into place a new interim policy regarding student athlete’s use of their name image and likeness.  The policy provides all individuals an opportunity to exercise their name, image and likeness rights and access for individuals in states without an NIL law or executive order.

If you are a current Alfred State student athlete that is interested in being or has been compensated for the use of your name, image and likeness for personal promotional purposes, we encourage you to contact the Athletic Compliance Office for rules education and to submit your reporting form.
