Godfrey and Hubick Named #PioneerPinpoint Athletes of the Week
Alfred State junior volleyball player Bryanna Godfrey (Tioga) and senior football player Steven Hubick (Fountain Hills, AZ) have been named the #PionerPinpoint Athletes of the Week.
Godfrey continued to lead the Lady Pioneers as the team won all three of their matches this past weekend and improved to 12-0 on the year. Godfrey connected on 34 kills (3.4 per set), served nine aces, and chipped in 23 digs. For the week she hit .298. On the year, Godfrey has 124 kills in 37 sets (3.35 per set), 33 service aces, and 88 digs.
Hubick registered a season high 16 tackles in the Pioneers contest vs. Apprentice. Seven of his tackles were solo and one was for a loss. He also registered a break-up. On the season, he has a team high 60 tackles (25 solo).
