Alfred State Student-Athletes Collect Hats & Gloves for Charity
The Alfred State Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) recently held a hat and glove drive and were able to collect over 90 items that will be donated to the Accord Corporation.
Student-athletes from various teams collected money and purchased the hats, gloves, and scarfs that were then put on a Christmas tree outside the Orvis Activities Center gymnasium.
The Accord Corporation is planning on handing out the donated items to the families they help in conjuntion with their Angel Action Distribution and with Wellspring Ministries.
