Brown Earns ECFC Offensive Honors

Alfred State freshmen running back Kiegan Brown (Cortland) has earned the Eastern Collegiate Football Conference (ECFC) offensive player of the week honor after recording his third straight 100-yard rushing game. 
 
Brown had career highs in carries (36), yards (235), and touchdowns (3) in the Pioneers contest at Anna Maria. He also caught two passes for 22 yards. He scored TD's on runs of 56, 8, and 10 yards. He has now rushed for 458 yards and five scores during the last three games. On the season, he has 513 rushing yards on 91 carries (5.6 yards per carry).
 
This is the second time this season that Brown has been honored by the ECFC. He was named rookie of the week following the Pioneers contest vs. Dean.
 
Anna Maria teammates Emmanuel Hans and Brian McLean earned Defensive and Rookie of the Week honors, respectively. Dean College's Gene Baisden, Jr. was tabbed Special Teams Player of the Week.
