Six Pioneers Named To All-Academic Team. More Named to Honor Roll
The Eastern Collegiate Football Conference (ECFC) announced its academic awards for the fall of 2022 this afternoon.
The conference presents two academic honors annually: the ECFC All-Academic Team and the ECFC Academic Honor Roll.
All seven ECFC institutions had honorees named to the All-Academic Team, with 94 student-athletes in total recognized. Six Pioneers were named to the ECFC All-Academic Team. Jimmy Brush (Kerhonkson, NY / Rondout), Silas Egenlauf (Spencerport, NY / Spencerport), Robert Goldman (Clifton Park, NY Shenendehoa), Clay Hughes (Endicott, NY / Union Endicott), Shawn Patrie (Syracuse, NY / Westhill), and Rylie Van Fleet (Endwell, NY / Maine Endwell).
The ECFC Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes that achieved a 3.0 or higher cumulative or fall semester-based G.P.A. if a first year. Further, freshmen and first-year transfer student-athletes are eligible for the recognition.
