Pioneers Drop Game to Keystone

The Alfred State Men's Basketball team lost 96-73 to Keystone College.

The Pioneers were neck and neck with Keystone midway through the first half, before the Giants pulled away and went into the locker room with Alfred State trailing 51-37. The Pioneers could not mount a comeback effort.

Three Pioneers were in double-digits. Paris Jamison (Brooklyn, NY / East Side Community) had a team-high 15 points on 6-9 shooting.  Cody Schneider (Belmont, NY / Genesee Valley) had 13 points on 4-13 shooting. He had a solid all-around game tallying 8 boards, five assists and four blocks. Isaiah Kostyal-Larrier (Poughkeepsie, NY / Arlington) had 12 points off the bench. All his jumpers were from behind the arc, shooting 50%, going 4-8 on the day.

The Pioneers are back in action on December 17, as they travel to Medaille.
