Head Coach Jack Dignan said, "Cody and Paris were great for us all year.  It was special to watch the work they put in and watch it translate on the court.  I am incredibly proud of what they did this year and glad to see them recognized.  When you have 2 senior captains that are also two of your hardest workers, it helps create a culture of hard work and helps make practice competitive day in and day out.  They are both special players that have left their mark on our program and I can't thank them enough for their commitment to Alfred State".

Jack Dignan took home AMCC Coach of the Year after leading the Pioneers to a 15-12 overall record and a 12-6 conference record. The Pioneers finished the season as the three seed in the AMCC, as they advanced to the AMCC playoffs for the first team since joining the AMCC. Coach Dignan stated, "It is a complete honor to be named Coach of the Year in the AMCC.  I am grateful to receive this award amongst so many great coaches in our league.  This is truly a player's award.  I cannot thank my guys enough for what they did this year and their commitment to our program.  They played for each other all year and made it fun to be their coach. This award is a huge credit to my assistant coach Julian Stover, for all he does for the guys – and our student staff – Wilfredo Rodriguez, Nick Mercado, and Evelio Vasquez".
