Men Win 4th Straight Dual Meet

Alfred State won every race on Friday evening as they defeated Pitt Bradford 124-41 to notch their fourth straight dual meet victory.

Matt Walker (Kenmore West) and Westin Perry (Canisteo Greenwood) won a pair of individual events and were part of two winning relays. Walker won the 1000 free in 10:42.99, the 100 back in 56.86 while Perry won the 200 free in 1:49.47 and the 100 free in 49.53. Perry's time in the 100 free sets a new school record.

Stuart Yates (Naples) won the 100 breast in 1:03.70, Alexander Semchenko (Fulton) won the 50 free in 24.53, Anthony Kahwaty (Jefferson Township, NJ) won the 500 free in 5:30.67, Nate Miller (Gandada) won the 100 fly in 56.85, and Ethan Dale (Lock Haven, PA) won the 200 IM in 2:08.21

The 200 medley relay team of Perry, Dale, Miller, and Walker won in 1:41.42 while the 200 free relay team of Perry, Walker, Miller, and Yates won in 1:31.88.

The Pioneers are right back in action on Saturday when they travel to Nazareth to take on the Golden Flyers and Utica College. Action is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
