Walter Qualifies for AARTFC at Rochester Meet

The Pioneer Men's Track and Field team competed today at the University of Rochester Alumni Invite.

Some Standouts for the Pioneers include:

Derek Walter won the 400m hurdle with an AARTFC qualifying time of 56.63 seconds. He not only qualified for regional competition, he also won the event by almost 1 second. He also broke into the ASC record books for the event, good enough for 9th all-time.

Esaias Brumfield who finished 10th in the 100m dash and with a time of 11.24 seconds. 

James Olson competed in the shot put and placed 6th with a throw of 12.62m.

The Pioneers compete again next weekend at St. John Fisher University.
