Softball Team to Host Blood Drive

The Alfred State softball team will be hosting a blood drive at the Orvis Activities Center Lounge on Wednesday, February 6th between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.  The drive will be run by the Community Blood Bank who is the only supplier of blood to local hospitals.

February is American Heart Month and the Community Blood Bank has a low blood supply and is looking for new and previous donors to take part in this drive.  This drive is one of four drives Community Blood Bank does annually on the Alfred State campus.

Donors are asked to contact a softball player or head coach Mike Caba (607-587-4258 or cabamj2@alfredstate.edu) to schedule a time.  Walk-ins are always welcome.
