Pioneers Predicted Fifth in Pre-Season Poll

The AMCC Pre-Season Poll was released this morning and has the Pioneers predicted to finish in fifth place. Defending champ Penn.- St. Behrend is atop the pre-season poll and are expected to three-peat.

Last season, Alfred State finished tied with La Roche at 6-10 in conference play in sixth place.

A pre-season standout for the Pioneers is sophomore catcher and infielder Nicole Youngberg. Youngberg hit .306 with 16 RBI in 2022. She was a threat on the bases with 15 runs in over 100 plate appearances for the Pioneers.
