Alfred State sophomore center Catherine Bialecki (Alfred Almond) has been named an ECAC 1st team North All-Star. Bialecki was previously named the USCAA Player of the Year and 1st team All-American.

Bialecki is the only sophomore to be honored on the North squad. She averaged 20.1 points, 11.8 rebounds, and 4.0 blocks on the season. She recorded 15 double-doubles and her 523 points is the 4th most in a season by a Lady Pioneer.

Bialecki is the second women's basketball player to be honored by the ECAC. Hailey Witchella was a 2nd team selection in 2015.
