Bialecki Earns Third Straight ACAA Honor
Alfred State junior center Catherine Bialecki (Alfred Almond) has earned her third straight ACAA Player of the Week honor. She now has been named Player of the Week four times this week.
Bialecki recorded a pair of double-doubles as the Pioneers downed Pratt and SUNY Delhi on the road this past week. She averaged 20 points, 16.5 rebounds, and 4.5 blocks per game while shooting 42.5 percent from the field (17 of 40).
On the year, Bialecki is averaging 20.6 points, 12.1 rebounds, and 4.8 blocks per game. On the year she has 10 double-doubles and has a streak of four straight games with double-doubles.
Payton Dean of SUNY Delhi was named the ACAA male Player of the Week.
