Pettit Named ECAC Rookie of the Month
Jordyn Pettit (Wellsville) has been named the ECAC North Rookie of the Month. Pettit had an impressive last month of the season as Alfred State played five contests.
Pettit averaged 16.6 points and 11.4 rebounds per game in the month of February. She recorded three-doubles in the month and had a career high 31 points in a contest vs. Villa Maria. On the year, she scored 192 points and grabbed 158 rebounds in 14 games wearing the blue & gold.
Gab Giordano from Wilkes was named the ECAC North Player of the Month. She averaged a double-double with 13 points and 10.2 rebounds in five games in February.
