Bio

Adam Willman returns to the Alfred State wrestling staff this year for his fifth season as a Volunteer Assistant Coach. 

Willman runs his own law firm, The Law Offices of Adam J. Willman, practicing in the upstate New York area. Willman previously worked as a prosecutor serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Rochester. Willman earned his degree from the Syracuse University College of Law, where he was a member of their wrestling program. Prior to attending law school Willman earned his bachelor’s degree and wrestled collegiately at SUNY Cortland, alongside Head Coach Signorelli. 

Prior to Cortland, Willman wrestled for Victor High School in Rochester. During his time as a Blue Devil Willman racked up 140 career wins, 76 of them coming by way of pin, was a Monroe County Champion and he was a Super Sectional Champion earning the right to compete at the New York State Championship tournament. 

Willman resides in Penfield with his wife Liz and their two daughters, Millie and Sofie.
