Salatel Honored by the ACAA
Alfred State senior Michayla Salatel (Geneseo) has been named the American Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA) offensive player of the week.
Salatal, a senior forward/midfielder from Geneseo, NY (Geneseo HS), netted both goals in a 2-0 victory over SUNY Canton. She also netted a goal in limited action in a 9-0 victory over Villa Maria. Salatel leads the Pioneers with seven goals and 16 points on the season.
Barbara Camilo of Mills College was named the ACAA defensive player of the week.
