Pioneers Compete at RIT Tune-Up

The Alfred State Women's Track and Field team competed today in the Friday RIT tune-up. 

Some Standouts for the Pioneers include:

Nicole Hume: Hume posted an 11.98m throw, the 5th best Weight Throw result in Alfred State History.

Isabelle Popoff: Popoff competed in the women's 800 and finished in 5^th place. Her time of 2:33.61 was only 5 seconds behind the first-place runner.

Leilani Sloan: Sloan finished in the top 30 of the 200 dash. Her time of 30.34 was good enough for 29^th place.

The tean of Maddy Cole, Emma Taggart, Sarah Rivet, Lawery Edwards and Lily Schnell finished in second place in the 800 relay with a time of 1:54.08.

Emma Taggart: Taggart competed in the high jump and finished in 4^th place with a height of 1.47m.

The Pioneers compete again next week at Susquehanna.
