Pioneers Compete at Brockport Invite

The Alfred State Women's Track and Field team competed today at the SUNY Brockport Oudoor Invitational. 

Lawery Edwards, Madeline Cole, Sarah Rivet and Madison Snayczuk competed in the 4x100 relay and placed 6th. The team finished with a time of 51.82 seconds. 

Emma Taggart ran the 100m hurdles and finished in 3rd place with a time of 16.19 seconds. Taggart also competed in the high jump and came in 3rd with her best jump of 1.57m.

Lawery Edwards and Madeline Cole finished top 10 in the 100m dash. Edwards finished in 8th with a time of 13.15 seconds. Cole finished in 10th with a time of 13.19 seconds.

Sarah Rivet competed in the 400m hurdles and finished top 10 in 7th place. Rivet's time was 1:10.40 seconds.

Lily Schnell finished in 10th place in the triple jump with a distance of 10.24m. 

Laura Walter came in 10th in the pole vault with a top vault of 2.65m. 

The Pioneers head to the University of Rochester next weekend.
