Evan Enke returns to the sidelines for Alfred State for a second stint on the Alfred State coaching staff. He will coach the linebackers during the 2021 season.

Enke coached on the defensive side of the ball at Alfred State from 1995-2001 under head coaches Mark Shardlow and Mick Caba. He served as a defensive line coach and as defensive coordinator during his seven years on the staff.

Since his last time coaching at Alfred State, Enke has been coaching high school football. Most recently he was an assistant coach at Wellsville High School.

Enke is the department chair of the Computer and Information Technology department and also teaches within the department.

Enke competed on the football and track & field teams at Alfred University while earning bachelor's degrees in both history and political science. He also earned a master's degree in professional studies while serving as an assistant coach for the Saxons.
