Pioneers Caged Bobcats Too Move Their Win Streak To Three

Alfred, NY – Alfred State moves their win streak to three after a dominant team win over the Pitt-Greensburg Bobcats 93-68. The Pioneers improved to 5-5 on the season and 3-1 in conference play.

Cody Schneider led the way for the Pios scoring 23 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. Ryan Rosa was one rebound away from a double-double as he put in 13 points and nine rebounds. Dylan Perry added 15 points, while Paris Jamison tallied 14 points.

The Pioneers started the game with a 21-2 run and never looked back as they would take a 44-26 lead into the halftime break.

Jamison opened the second half with a layup, and Perry followed with a three. A few possessions later, Schneider pushed the lead to 20 with an old-fashioned three-point play. The Bobcats went on a run of their own and cut the lead down to 11, but that is as close as they could get. ASC would go on to control the rest of the game to secure the win.
