Pioneers Compete at Rochester Meet

The Pioneer Women's Track and Field team competed today at the University of Rochester' Alumni Invite.

Some Standouts for the Pioneers include:

Sarah Rivet competed in the 400m hurdles and placed 4th with a time of 1:09.28.

Lawery Edwards, Sarah Rivet, Laura Walter and Madison Snayczuk competed in the 4x100 relay and placed 4th with a time of 52.02.

Isabelle Popoff broke into the Alfred State all-time leaderboard in the 1500m with a time of 5:08.87. Her race was good enough for 9th in the ASC record book.

Nicole Hume competed in the shot put, discus and hammer throws for Alfred State. In the shot put she placed 16th with a throw of 10.25m. In discus she placed 14th with a throw of 29.62m. In hammer she placed 13th with a throw of 38.12m.

The Pioneers compete again next weekend at St. John Fisher University.
