Hamilton Named #PioneerPinpoint Athlete of the Week
Janae Hamilton (Ellicottville) has been named the #PioneerPinpoint athlete of the week. Hamilton helped the Lady Spikers to a 4th place finish at the USCAA National Championships last week.
Hamilton recorded 38 kills, 16 blocks, and had a .303 hitting percentage in the Lady Pioneers seven games (3-4) at the National Tournament. Hamilton was named to the All-Tournament team for her solid play.
Alfred State is now 25-8 on the season and will play tonight in their regular season home finale vs. Houghton. They hope to earn a bid to the ECAC Tournament next week.
