The Individual Skills camp is geared for boys and girls ages 10 -17 and is a building block on skills and fundamentals of the game of basketball.  All the drill will be geared towards attaining and improving the skills necessary to play competitive basketball at the middle and high school levels.  Skills that will be addressed include ball handling, passing, shooting, defense both individual and team concepts, team offensive concepts, and agility drills to improve hand-eye coordination, foot speed and quickness.
