Curran 2nd in ECAC Pole Vault
Zach Curran (Williamson) finished 2nd in the pole vault as Alfred State competed on day one of the ECAC Championships at Westfield (MA) State.
Curran recorded a leap of 4.75 m (15'7") to earn 2nd place and move up to the #2 spot in school history. His performance was .25 better than his previous best this season.
In the 3000 steeplechase, Jacob Hanss (East Rochester) finished 10:15.36 to earn 6th place.
Anders Presthus (Lansing) competes in day two in the shot put and discus. His action is slated to begin at Noon.
