Alfred State Set to Host Pioneer Classic
The Alfred State volleyball team will kickoff their 2013-14 by hosting the Pioneer Classic on Saturday afternoon. The six-team tournament will feature some familiar NJCAA opponents.
The Lady Pioneers will be paired up in Pool - A with Nassau CC and Mercyhurst University North East while Butler (PA) County CC, Jamestown CC, and Herkimer CCC will battle in Pool - B.

Alfred State was 27-15 last season in their final NJCAA year. The Lady Pioneers were the runner-ups in this tournament last year as Butler CCC took the tournament crown.
