Thiel Named #PioneerPinpoint Athlete of the Week

Alfred State freshmen cross country runner Lindsey Thiel (Liverpool) has been named the #PioneerPinpoint Athlete of the Week. Thiel has been the top finisher in every race this year for the Lady Pioneers.

This past weekend, Thiel finished 18th at the DeSales Invitational. She ran the 6k course in 25:32.62 (6:51 per mile) and helped the team to a 9th place team finish. 123 total runners competed in the race.

Thiel and the Pioneers have this week off but return to action at the NYSCTC Championships on October 25th. The race will be hosted by St. John Fisher.
