The Keuka College men's soccer team found the back of the net just 5:06 into the contest and held on for a 1-0 victory over Alfred State on Tuesday evening. The Storm improve to 5-6-1 on the year while the Pioneers are now 3-10.
Leandro Curran found the far post after a give and go with Austin Gerber 5:06 into the game for the lone goal of the contest.
Keuka held a 13 to 6 shot advantage in the game and Willie Romero made two saves for the shutout. Nick Smith (Arkport) made eight saves for the Pioneers.
Alfred State travels to Mercyhurst North East on Saturday for a 1 p.m. contest with the Saints.
