Bathgate Earns 3rd AMCC Honor

Gavin Bathgate (East Rochester) has been named the AMCC Runner of the Week for the third time this season. Bathgate led the Pioneer men at the Houghton Invitational on Saturday.

Bathgate finished 10th, out of 100 runners, on the 8k course at Houghton. He averaged 5:25 per mile, crossing the finish line in 26:54.47.

Bathgate and the Pioneers will spend the next couple weeks preparing the AMCC Championships which will held at Alfred State on October 30th.
