Rusek Named Athlete of the Week

Sophomore Jordan Rusek (Williamsville East) has been named the Alfred State athlete of the week after being the top Pioneer finisher at the USCAA National Championships this past weekend.

Rusek narrowly missed out on All-American honors with a 16th place finish of the 8k course at Drumlins Golf Club in Syracuse, NY.  Rusek crossed the finish line in 28:59.8 for an average of 5:48 per mile.

Rusek and the Pioneer men earned a 4th place finish at the National Championships.
