Women's Soccer Ranked #5 in USCAA Poll

The Alfred State women's soccer team is ranked #5 in the latest USCAA poll. The Lady Pioneers have been ranked in the top five in each of the first three weeks of the poll.

Maine Fort Kent leads the poll with 250 points followed by Daemen (244), SUNY ESF (241), and Florida College (234). Alfred State (230), Albany College of Pharmacy (221), WVU Tech (208), Carlow University (208), Christendom (202), and New Hampshire Tech (198) round out the top ten.

Alfred State is 8-4-1 on the year. They have four matches remaining on the season starting with a 1 p.m. contest at Cazenovia tomorrow.

The field for the 2014 USCAA Championships, held in Charleston, WV, will be announced on Monday, October 27th.
