Davis Adds AMCC Honor

Alfred State point guard My'ana Davis (Rochester/Greece Athena) has been named the AMCC Athlete of the Week.

Davis led the Pioneers to a 67-54 win at Keuka and a 70-55 AMCC victory over Penn State Altoona. She scored 20 points in both of the games.

Versus Keuka, Davis scored 14 of her game high 20 points in the 4th quarter to seal the victory. She was 8 for 18 in 36 minutes of play, including 4 for 6 from the foul line. She also added four rebounds, one assist, and one steal.

In 38 minutes of action vs. Altoona, Davis was 8 for 13 from the field and 4 for 6 from the foul line. She had nine defensive rebounds, five assists, and three steals.

On the year, Davis is averaging 11.3 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game.

Davis and the Pioneers are in action again on Friday when they host Houghton at 5:30 p.m.
