Stevens and Beach Add ECAC Honor

A day after being named the AMCC Divers of the Week, Sarah Stevens (Wellsville) and Nick Beach (Canandaigua) have been named the ECAC Division III North Divers/Rookies of the Week.

Stevens and Maryn Horn (Penn State Behrend) were the swimming and diving players of the week for ECAC Division III - North. Stevens was named the AMCC Championship co-diver of the meet after finishing 1st in the 1 m (188.35) and 2nd in the 3 m (189.5). Horn broke 12 records and won every event she swam in the AMCC Championships.

Beach and Nick Kost (Penn State Behrend) were named the players of the week. Beach was named the AMCC Championship diver of the meet after dominating both the 1 m (265.15) and the 3 m (211.05) competition. Kost was tied for the highest point winner of the AMCC Championships after winning three individual events.

The Alfred State men's team finished 2nd at the AMCC Championships while the women finished 3rd.
