4 x 100 Finishes 17th at ECAC Championships
The Alfred State track & field team wrapped up the season at the ECAC Championships at RPI on Friday. The men's 4 x 100 relay team finished 17th to highlight the day.
The 4 x 100 relay team of Josiah Thomas (Rochester/John Marshall), John Adewumi (Brooklyn, NJ), Zach Woodard (South Jefferson), and Desmond Chambers (Rochester/Gates Chili) finished 3rd in their heat and 17th out of 25 teams with a time of 44.02.
Dane Dechow (Randolph) finished 20th in the 400 hurdles (56.85) while Leandro DelRosario (Brooklyn/Thomas Edison) was 22nd in the shot put (13.56).
Alfred State was competing vs. over 60 colleges at the annual event.
