Alfred State Football Adds Mike Yarosz To The Coaching Staff

Alfred, NY- The Alfred State Football Program adds a new member to the Coaching Staff. Mike Yarosz joins the Pioneers as the Defensive Backs Coach.

Mike started his coaching career at William Paterson in the spring of 2021 coaching the defensive line. During the his time at William Paterson he coached multiple position groups and multiple athletes earned North Division All-Conference and All-Region honors.

Mike also coached at Illinois Wesleyan University in the CCIW as a graduate assistant and wide receivers coach. Prior to coaching, he played four years at William Paterson and graduated with bachelors in exercise science in 2020. Mike is currently pursuing a masters degree in sport management from Illinois State.

Head Coach Scott Linn added "I'm excited for Coach Yarosz to join our staff. He brings great experience as both a player and a coach at the NCAA Division III, level that will benefit our players, and our program, on and off the field."
