Six Pioneer Football Players Earn USCAA All-Academic Honors
Six Alfred State football players have earned All-Academic honors from the USCAA. This fall the Pioneers have had 17 student-athletes honored with this award.
Christopher Alfaro (Bellmore JFK), Jeffrey Andrews (Randolph), Brandon Davis (Lansing), Owen Davis (Lansing), Zack Goodwin (Poughkeepsie/F.D. Roosevelt), and Adam Wilkins (Rochester/Odyssey) were honored with the award. To be eligible each athlete, in at least their second year of competition, has to have a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 (on a 4.00 point system) or greater.
